FREE IN STORE COLLECTION
We offer free click and collect service at our Glasgow based store. All Items available online are in stock and ready to collect the next working day, you will be notified by email when you order is ready for collection. Orders can be picked up from our store within the store opening hours (10:00-17:00 Monday to Saturday).
UK
We offer FREE delivery within the UK on all full price orders over £150.
Please allow 1-2 working days for goods to be dispatched, goods are dispatched via the Royal Mail parcel service using their Second Class Signed For service. With all delivery orders we endeavour to dispatch your order the same or following day.
EUROPE
Central European countries will be charged a fee for Royal Mail postage, this is a packaging and postal fee and the goods should be with you between 5 and 7 days of postage.
INTERNATIONAL (Outside EU)
International delivery is available, items should arrive within 7 days.
If the delivery address is different to the billing address then we may have to run further checks to ensure your credit card security, this may result in longer delivery times.
Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided:
– The delivery address has been verified
– Payment has been approved
We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order; then a further email confirming that your order has been dispatched. All packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. The dispatch companies we use will leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. If your parcel does not arrive and no card is left, please call us and we will track your parcel.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Please note that delivery charges are not refunded when orders are returned to us.

Brenda Muir is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You may be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country and they may apply customs or sales tax which has to be paid before you may receive your goods
